Predium Assisted Drive Financial in Expanding its Headquarters to 107,065 SF - saving $1.65 per SF

Predium assisted Drive Financial in expanding its headquarters by 18,267 square feet. In addition to reducing the rental rate, Predium negotiated an $18.00/SF Tenant Improvement Allowance, five months free rent and a document allowing maximum flexibility with expansion rights on the entire building.
