Seth H. Weinstein Founder
Seth Weinstein co-founded Predium in 2002 where he specializes in strategically managing and implementing local and national assignments. Seth`s ability to help companies reduce operating costs, streamline real estate processes, and comprehensive reporting has earned him local and national assignments from Wachovia, WorldCom, Cingular Wireless, Network Appliance, and United Parcel Service, to name a few.
Mitchell H. Wolff Founder
Mitch co-founded Predium in 2002 after leaving a major international real estate firm where he became the second youngest partner in the firm`s history. Mitch has assisted clients such as United Parcel Service, SBC, Cingular Wireless, and APAC Customer Services in reducing operating costs, improving work environments and streamlining real estate processes.
John ShaunfieldPrincipal
John has accumulated over 16 years experience in commercial real estate and executive level corporate management. He became a Principal with Predium in 2007 to focus on the company's presence in the DFW area real estate market. Several clients, such as Reddy Ice, Exco Resources, Systemware, FutureWei Technologies, Air Liquide and SCOR Re-Insurance, have used John's expertise in securing their headquarters locations. He has also assisted clients with significant transactions in key locations for TXU, Kimley-Horn & Associates, Corporate Express, HealthSouth Corporation and Tektronix.
Sandy MalosChief Operating Officer
Sandy joined the original Predium team in 2002 having the main responsibility of ensuring customer satisfaction levels are at the highest in the industry. Prior to Predium, Sandy worked for a Dallas based real estate firm where she pioneered, developed and managed the Lease Administration Department.
Clay VaughnPrincipal
Clay Vaughn joined Predium in 2006 where he specializes in strategic real estate consulting for local and national clients. With seven years of real estate experience, Mr. Vaughn has helped hundreds of companies with Strategic Planning and Transaction Services by implementing comprehensive real estate initiatives. He has worked with companies such as Allegiance Telecom, Amica Life Insurance, Berry R. Cox, Inc. Capital One, Citigroup, Halff Associates, Old Republic Surety Company, Penn Mutual Life Insurance, Radiant Systems and Union Bank of California.
Roger Lee Oser, RPAPrincipal
Roger joined Predium in 2003 as Executive Vice President directing the Western Region operations. He was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and has been in the commercial real estate industry for 23 years, including ten years with Lincoln Property Company (now Legacy Partners) and six years with an international real estate firm.
Billy LacyPrincipal
Billy is a native of Dallas, Texas and has been in the commercial real estate industry for 23 years. He has an extensive background in land, building acquisition and disposition, and has provided site selection services on a global scope to clients such as SBC, Cingular Wireless and United Parcel Service.
Brian CheekExecutive Vice President
Prior to joining Predium, Brian was Vice President of an international real estate services firm where he served from 1995 to 2002. Throughout his tenure at his former firm, he gained experience as both a leasing agent and a tenant representative. He possesses extensive expertise in multiple markets and has successfully managed lease negotiations, dispositions, construction coordination, and financial analysis on a local, national and international basis.
Peter GrahamVice President
Peter entered into the real estate business after several years of an acting career. He joined Predium in 2002 and plays an instrumental role in the day-to-day operations of the company. In his short time at Predium, he has created the opportunities that led to securing portfolio business from clients such as; Aviall, Bentley Systems, American Coin, Union Standard Insurance and other real estate opportunities.
Matthew Miller
Matt joined Predium in 2006 and is actively involved in business development, strategic planning, market analysis and transaction services, on both the local and national level. Formerly he worked for the Dallas Mavericks as an Account Executive on the sales team.

Matt joined Predium in 2007 and is actively involved in business development, strategic planning, market analysis and transaction services, on both the local and national level.
Kyle Pierson
Kyle began his career in commercial real estate in 2004 as a consultant to corporate users of office and industrial properties. Throughout his tenure at his previous firm, he helped build the local accounts group providing leadership, management, and direction to the company. He is actively involved in market analysis, dispositions, strategic planning, and financial analysis. Kyle's ability to help companies mitigate risk and streamline real estate processes has earned him assignments from Kikkoman International, Critical Watch, and Bodron and Fruit to name a few.
Joe Siglin
As a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Joe joined Predium in January of 2006. At Predium, Joe is tasked with multiple responsibilities. He is involved in site selection services where he has established relationships with both State and Local Economic Development officers, providing an essential link in the placement of requirements where labor and incentives are major drivers in the site selection process.
Matt Smoot
Matt joined Predium in 2007 and is actively involved in business development, strategic planning, market analysis and transaction services, on both the local and national level.
Pat BuchnerSenior Lease Administrator
Pat Buchner brings over twenty-five years of real estate experience to Predium. She started out in accounting for a large management company. She shifted her focus to Property Management on the Commercial side for ten years, working in the fields of Property Administration and ultimately Property Management for six of those years.
Kendra PettySenior Lease Administration
Kendra brings 7 years of commercial lease administration experience to Predium, LLP. Previous to Predium, Kendra worked in lease administration for a Dallas based company and was a Real Estate Administrator on the Blockbuster account with The Staubach Company. While at Staubach, Kendra personally handled over 400 locations, including leases in Guam and Saipan, totaling approximately 2.4 million square feet. She was voted Most Valuable Player, saving Blockbuster over $2.6 Million.
Bill Buntyn
Bill Buntyn joined Predium in 2007, specializing in strategic real estate consulting for local and national clients. He began his real estate career in 1997 at Cawley International, where he was responsible for helping high growth companies solve business related problems caused by real estate. Bill's ability to partner with clients to understand both their overarching corporate goals as well as their real estate needs is invaluable. He has a proven track record of implementing effective strategies helping clients reach their goals, and has worked with several high growth companies including Match.com, ST Microelectonics, and Chevron Phillips Chemical Co.
Kyle Jett
Kyle joined Predium in 2007 and specializes in representing corporate users of real estate on both a local and national level. He is actively involved in all aspects of the real estate transaction including the market research, financial analysis and strategic planning in order to help his clients obtain the best solution to their real estate needs. He has recently worked with clients such as Worldwide Express, Flextronics, Calyx Technology, Cowboys & Indians Magazine, McCormick Distilling and Sovereign Home Health.
